Dukes County Regional Housing Authority is a public agency that serves as the Island Housing Trust’s rental property manager and provides services to prospective homebuyers.
BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS
Habitat for Humanity of Martha’s Vineyard is a non-profit developer that partners with the Island Housing Trust to build ownership housing on Island Housing Trust land. Habitat utilizes volunteer labor and donation of materials and money to build and rehabilitate affordable housing.
FUNDRAISING
Martha's Vineyard Housing Fund is a non-profit organization who has made project specific grants to the Island Housing Trust for land acquisition and construction.
