The Dukes County Regional Housing Authority, on behalf of the Island Housing Trust, is currently accepting applications for the Water Street Apartments. These rental apartments located in downtown Vineyard Haven include six 1-bedroom apartments with rents set at 50% and 60% of Area Median Income (excluding utilities)

The first of two Information Meetings is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27 at 6:00 pm at the Tisbury Senior Center.

In 2002, the Island Housing Trust built a duplex on property owned by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority on Halcyon Way in West Tisbury. Over the past two years nine more apartments have been developed, including three new apartments at Sepiessa in West Tisbury and six renovated apartments at Village Court in Vineyard Haven. These apartments are managed by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority and rented to households earning 80%, 60%, and 50% or less of the area median income.
