LAMBERTS COVE ROAD, TISBURY
The Island Housing Trust is pleased to announce a homebuyer application and selection process for one 2-bedroom home and three 3-bedroom homes at 325 Lamberts Cove Road in Tisbury. Application deadline is May 28, 2010. Applications are available at the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority at 346 State Rd. Vineyard Haven (Behind Craig’ Bicycles) (508) 693-4419 or can be downloaded as of April 1, 2010 below.

Applicants who download the application must call or email the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority at (508) 693-4419 or email DCRHA with their contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email) so that any additional information or updates can be communicated.

Attendance at a Homebuyer Training scheduled for April 28th at the Tisbury Senior Center at 5:30PM is required.

The sale price and maximum allowable incomes depending on household size are:

Three-Bedroom Application PDF
House #1 – $299,000 3-bedroom (max. income: $78,500 - $98,200)

House #2 – $258,500 3-bedroom (max. income: $65,400 - $81,800)
House #3 – $319,000 3-bedroom (max. income: $91,600 - $114,500)

OWNERSHIP AND RENTAL CLEARINGHOUSE

HOMEOWNERSHIP
The Island Housing Trust works with the six island Towns on Martha’s Vineyard when offering homeownership opportunities to island residents.   Homeownership opportunities are advertised in the local newspapers and the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority notifies income eligible households that have enrolled in the Island Affordable Homebuyer Clearinghouse.

RENTAL
The Island Housing Trust works with the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority, which manages 50 apartments throughout four island towns and can be contacted directly at (508) 693-4419 about rental availability.
