The Island Housing Trust is soliciting proposals for the site development and construction of a six unit apartment building at 6 Water Street in Tisbury.  Proposals must be submitted in writing and delivered by 4:00 PM on July 9, 2015.  A copy of the entire Water Street Apartment Request for Proposal, including exhibits, can be downloaded from the Island Housing Trust’s website.   Full sized plans are available for copying at the UPS Store at 455 State Road in the Woodland Center in Vineyard Haven.

Interested applicants are encouraged to attend an on-site briefing session on Thursday June 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM at 6 Water Street in Tisbury.
