You can make an impact this holiday season!

Today is ‪#‎GivingTuesday‬, and we’re kicking off our year-end campaign to raise the rest of the funds to build six permanently affordable, energy efficient apartments on Water Street in Vineyard Haven. So far we’ve raised over $1,000,000 but we still have $137,000 to raise by the end of the year or we risk having to delay the project for an entire year!

Your donation will make twice the impact. An anonymous donor has agreed to match the first $50,000 of funds raised!

We have Community Investment Tax Credits available! Donate $1,000 or more and get 50% back in tax credits from the state of Massachusetts.

In March, IHT hosted the first symposium and had an excellent discussion where information was gathered about the current issues and needs of business owners and employers and the struggles they face in finding safe, reliable and affordable housing for employees. Now IHT is going to offer ways that YOU can get involved and help create more workforce housing.
