IHT Has Two 3 Bedroom Homes for Sale!

Island Housing Trust is offering two, three bedroom homes for sale to income qualified year-round island residents.

The Dukes County Regional Housing Authority is now accepting applications for this wonderful opportunity on Daggett Avenue in Vineyard Haven. Applications are due by 5:00 pm on Friday March 6, 2020.

We’re offering a site visit on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 5:00 pm and the DCRHA will be conducting a Homebuyer Information meeting at the Tisbury Senior Center at 6:00 right after the site visit.

Six New Ownership Homes for Sale!!

We’re proud to share the good news that applications are now being accepted for 6 new IHT ownership townhomes on Greenwood Avenue in Tisbury, MA.

Completed applications are due at the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority office at 21 Mechanics Street in Vineyard Haven, MA no later than 5:00 on Friday, February 14, 2020.

Showcasing a Year of Progress

We held our 8th Annual Summer Benefit Brunch at Farm Neck this past Sunday under their magnificent tent and sunny summer skies. Our guests heard short speeches and watched our new film, Finding Our Way Home, showcasing the progress we’ve made in the past 12 months. Children are Impacted by MV Housing Crisis

Karen Tewhey, the Dukes County associate commissioner for homelessness, recently worked with students from the Oak Bluffs School who conducted a survey about the island’s housing crisis and how it impacted them.
