Harbor Homes, a non-profit dedicated to reducing homelessness on Martha’s Vineyard, closed on a shared occupancy home for women in Oak Bluffs last week. Karen Tewhey, the Harbor Homes Executive Director, stated that there are at least 100 individuals without homes on the island. She believes there are many more we’re not counting.
