RESOURCE
The goal of the Jordi Innovation Fund is to raise $2 million as a permanent resource dedicated to housing solutions that fall outside traditional public funding programs.
Managed separately from IHT's operating and project funds, the Jordi Innovation Fund will provide flexible capital to pursue opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach, providing lasting support for innovative housing solutions on Martha's Vineyard.

The Fund carries Philippe Jordi’s spirit of innovation forward, by creating a permanent funding source to realize critical housing solutions beyond the reach of traditional public funding.
THE FUND MAY SUPPORT
- Creating 50 homeownership opportunities for middle-income households by 2030.
- Housing opportunities for year-round workers and municipal employees who fall outside traditional affordability guidelines.
- Repurposing of year-round housing through deed restrictions, ground leases, and homebuyer assistance.
- Lending programs that encourage affordable and year-round accessory dwelling units.
- Innovative housing, environmental, and construction solutions.
