DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Island Housing Trust is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, community-minded individual to fill the role of Development Manager for its non-profit community land trust and community development corporation on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. This full-time position will be responsible for managing fundraising initiatives and communication campaigns to create and sustain permanently affordable housing solutions. The qualified individual should have passion, skills and/ or experience in fund development, and excellent organizational, managerial and communications skills.
