Breaking Ground on Tackenash Knoll

On July 17 we held a groundbreaking ceremony for Tackenash Knoll, an upcoming neighborhood of 60 permanently affordable year-round rental homes in Oak Bluffs. It was an important milestone for the Island and it brought together a wide community of stakeholders involved in addressing the challenges of affordable housing on the Island and throughout the state of Massachusetts.
