Multi-year pledges help IHT expand permanently affordable, energy-efficient rental and ownership housing for working Vineyarders and their families. By joining one of our pledge circles below, you’re helping to build a more resilient community on this island we share and love!

Supporters Circle: Five-year pledge of up to $4,999 annually

Sustainers Circle: Five-year pledge of $5,000 or more annually

Leadership Circle: Four-year pledge of $25,000 or more annually (Please see the below link for more information on IHT’s Leadership Circle).

Community Investment Tax Credits

IHT has received its new allotment of $200,000 in tax credits for 2020.  Tax credits are available on a first come first served basis by December 31st. Donors realize a 50% Massachusetts tax credit for their cash equivalent gifts (via check, wire or on-line payment ) of $1,000 or more, in addition to a federal tax deduction.  Tax credits in excess of state tax liability are refundable in cash. If you would like to read more about the Community Investment Tax Credit Program or to review CITC Tax Savings Examples  please click on the links. Make a Donation of Stocks and Securities via TD Ameritrade

If you choose to send your gift by utilizing securities, please email Christopher Anderson, Development Director, at christopheranderson@ihtmv.org. He will provide you with the instructions you need to make your stock donation. We will sell the stocks, transfer the funds and send you a letter acknowledging your generous donation.

Double Your Donation

An easy way to double your contribution is through employee giving programs. Many corporations match employee donations. If you volunteer with us, your employer may also provide us with a grant as a way to recognize your ongoing support. Find out now if your employer participates in a matching gift program.
